	2012 MEMBERSHIP DUES & FEES

CATEGORIES	DUES	CATEGORY CRITERIA

BASIC PLUS	$1,625.00	Unrestricted Play
BASIC	$1,300.00	Play restricted. No play on Sat., Sun. or Holidays before 11AM
MODIFIED	AGES 26-35	$400 off annual dues.
FAMILY	N/A	Children up to 25 years of age residing in same household of two full time members enjoy restricted play without membership fee.
3 MONTH	$1050.00	Play is unrestricted. Handicap kept. Not eligible for club championship, but may play in other tourneys. 3 consecutive months only.
CORPORATE	$5,950.00	Maximum of six (6) people. Basic Membership rules apply.
JUNIOR	$375.00	25 years or under. Play restricted. Same criteria as Basic MBSP.
SENIORS	10% Off	Members who are 70 years of age as of January 1, 2012 will receive a 10% off dues. (Notify Office).
LIMITED	$400.00	Introductory Membership. Open to new members only. Play allowed 7 days a week after 4PM. May participate in leagues. No tournament participation. Mandatory fees do not apply.

	BAR & RESTAURANT ASSESSMENT PER PERSON


	$50.00/month	Bar & Restaurant Assessment is $50 per peron for the months of April and October.
	$100.00/month	Bar & Restaurant Assessment is $100 per person for each month May through September
	NOTE: YOU WILL BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON ALL YOUR FOOD & BEVERAGE PURCHASES. SALES TAX DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR MINIMUM USAGE.
	MINIMUM MUST BE USED BY LAST DAY OF THE EACH MONTH.
